Food for Thought

During Fall’s Paris Market our international sales team was able to sneak of bite at Le Chateaubriand. Self-Taught chef Inaki Aizipitarte is the current darling of the Paris food scene with his restaurant Le Chateaubriand, with a set pre-fix menu of 5 – 8 courses (depending on the night) utilizing fresh ingredients and unexpected combination, eating here is a must when visiting Paris. If you can’t get a reservation, there’s a second seating at 10 pm, if that doesn’t work try the newly opened Le Dauphin next door also owned by Inaki, which serves food tapas style.
