Influential German fashion photographer Juergen Teller’s work is currently on view at the Lehmann Maupin Gallery, New York.
Split into three series, Teller’s risqué shoot with model Kristen McMenamy comprises one strand of the exhibition.
This is followed by deserted landscape shots and intimate photos of the Teller’s friends and family in Keys to the House, which was shot in and around the artist’s home in Suffolk.
Finally, Men and Women chronicles two stages of masculinity – coming of age and the loss of virility – juxtaposed against revealing shots of Vivienne Westwood, representing female strength.
The show runs through till March 17th, 2012.
