Celebrating Malick Sidibe

Malian photographer Malick Sidibe’s captivating black and white images inspired FW2012′s Arrow Print.

One of the only photographers to document the youth culture of Bamako during the 1960s and ’70s, a selection of Sidibe’s work is currently on display at agnes b gallery in New York. For those of you who can’t make it, you can savour his photos in the new book The Portrait of Mali (Skira).
