James Beard Foundation’s pop up restaurant, JBF LTD, opens tomorrow in Chelsea Market. The restaurant, Scheduled to close as quickly as it opened, will serve diners lucky enough to get a reservation for the next 27 days only. Four-course dinners, paired with wines and desserts, will be prepared by a rotation of some of the most notable chefs in the world (Inaki Aizpitarte, David Chang, David Kinch and Michelle Bernstein to name a few) and limited to 80 guests an evening. During the day, JBF LTD will offer a café-style lunch from 11 am to 4 pm, with a series of educational programs, tastings, book signings and giveaways starting at 2:30 pm.
