How does international shopping work?

Who is responsible for duties and taxes?

All applicable taxes (VAT) and duties (customs tariffs) will be calculated and displayed during checkout. They are based on the purchased product's country of origin and the classification of that product in accordance with a harmonized system used by the destination country.

Why is the product I'm looking for not available?

Certain products may not be available for international ordering. These include sale products, furs, exotic leathers and other products that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into the destination country.

 

How do I make a return?

International orders placed on rag-bone.com cannot be returned in-store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact int-help@rag-bone.com or call +1-844-724-2663 within 30 days of receipt to initiate a Return.

 

Why can't I see sale merchandise in my currency?

The pricing and availability of sale products in USD($) is only valid on orders shipping to the U.S.A. International pricing and availability may vary by country selected to ensure it is in line with the local pricing in the market.
