It has been a challenging time — rest assured, we are in this together. While we do not wish to contribute to any feelings of stress or uncertainty, we want to let you know about the next set of steps we are taking to protect our immediate and global family.

As the situation evolves around the world, we are exercising an abundance of caution at our facilities while instituting remote arrangements where we can. Though we love having you stop by our shops, our stores remain closed temporarily and we will notify the community as the situation evolves.

Our hearts go out to all those affected by COVID-19—whether it’s impacted their health, families, jobs, schools, communities, and so much more—we’re in this with you. Read our updated FAQ below for a more detailed description of the steps we are taking to support our communities and make the experience of shopping with rag & bone as fluid as possible during this time.

WHAT TEMPORARY CHANGES ARE YOU MAKING TO ACCOMMODATE AND CONTAIN COVID-19?

Increased Sanitization:
We are closely monitoring the situation in all of our facilities and following the guidance of the CDC, which advises meticulous cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces as the most important measures of prevention. Our teams and facilities are being constantly equipped with the proper training, tools, and sanitization materials necessary.


Store Closures:
Though we love having you stop by our shops, our stores remain closed temporarily and we will notify the community as the situation evolves.


Extended Store Returns:
To ease returns and flexibility, any product purchases made within 30 days of March 17th will be accepted with receipt within 30 days of the store’s reopening.


Easy Online Returns:
As always, for eligible online orders, our hassle-free returns will come with a prepaid UPS Ground Return label. Fill out the return section of the packing slip and place it inside the box, then peel off the return label, stick it to the outside of your shipping box, and drop off the package at your nearest UPS. If you have any questions or concerns you can always reach out to our team at help@rag-bone.com.


Limiting of Outside Packages:
In an attempt to limit outside packages and due to recent store closures, we have halted our repair process. For all concerns regarding repairs, we ask that you reach out to our team at help@rag-bone.com. Please include your name, style number, notes regarding the repair, images of any damages, and proof of purchase.

We are working from a distance to continue to deliver the rag & bone quality you love.
