What is your return policy?
We know not everything works out every time. Items returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method. Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging with the cellophane intact. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
rag & bone gift cards are non-refundable.

What is your quality quarantee?
We mean that the products we make are crafted using fabrics, techniques, and a level of professionalism that last from season to season. Every product has a natural lifetime, but — laundry accidents aside — if our product doesn’t reasonably hold up, we’ll fix it or replace it for you.
What is a product lifetime?
Our products are made to last. But as any denimhead with a strong vintage collection will tell you, most things can’t last forever forever. Normal wear and tear itself is part of a clothing’s lifecycle — not to mention how much we love the aesthetics of a well-worn piece of clothing. Still, we set guidelines for how long you can expect ours to hold up, so you know what’s realistic.
Do you have a price match policy?
If an item changes price within 30 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, Gift Cards are available to purchase online. Gift Cards can be purchased in 6 set increments of $50, $100, $200, $300, $400 or $1000.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. These orders will be shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available. We do not accept Affirm for Pre-Orders.
Please note, international orders are not eligible for pre-order.
How is tax calculated on purchases?
We collect sales tax in accordance with state laws. This will be calculated automatically at checkout. Sales tax may be added to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

What is the address book and how do I use it?
Storing your address information in the Address Book will reduce the time it takes for you to checkout. Once you store the information, you can just select your billing and shipping address from a drop-down list on all future orders.

Can you help me with my eyewear?
rag & bone eyewear, licensed with Safilo since 2018, comes with a 2-year warranty which covers production and craftsmanship related defects. Please be advised that there may be fees associated to any repairs outside of the warranty. If you have any questions or require assistance, we invite you to reach out to email@example.com directly.

How should I take care of my eyewear?
Frames and lenses can be cleaned with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water or lens cleaning solution. To dry, use a lint-free, microfiber cleaning cloth to avoid scratches. When not in use, always store sunglasses in a carrying case to prevent scratches and damage.
