Every year, London-based creative director Julia Sokele looks forward to her hometown’s mesmerizing holiday lights. “London is magical in December,” she says, “I love walking up and down Regent Street to take in the stunning lights and strolling through Notting Hill to see the festive decorations in people’s windows.” From trimming the tree with her husband using baubles from their trips to hosting an annual Christmas party stocked with enough champagne to sink a ship, Sokele finds comfort in company during the holidays.
