Actor Pom Klementieff is not an easy typecast. From France (by way of Quebec, Japan, and Côte d'Ivoire), she began her career playing Catharine Deneuve’s stepdaughter in the 2007 French indie Après lui ahead of her American debut in Spike Lee's Oldboy. Shortly after, Pom won global fame playing comic-book hero Mantis in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, a role she reprised for the blockbuster Avengers: Infinity War.
