These shoes are so cute. They fit great. Wipe clean easily.

This is my second pair and they are so comfortable! Fit true to size.

The issues I have with the product seem to be largely pertaining to quality control or lack thereof. brand. When I called customer support a second time- they told me to email customer support which I did, nearly two weeks ago with no response. But strangely enough the brand wants me to review my purchase? So be it. There are innumerable issues with the shoes- they appear to be a terrible attempt at a replica that could have been purchased from a drop-shipper. The white recycled polyester of the upper part of the shoe is bizarrely and obviously wrinkled all over the shoe exterior and doesn't lay flat on both sides of both shoes. This issue is not symmetrical either and because of its random tucking and sewing disparities, appears to be a manufacturing defect. Additionally, the suede on the toe and heel of both shoes has subpar and more non-symmetrical stitching with the stitching on one side peeling up and on the other side, the stitches don't even go all the way down to the sole of the shoe. The suede on one toe of one shoe is notably scuffed, even though they still have tags on them and the polyester upper is visibly torn near the laces of the other shoe. The red "swoosh" on both shoes has multiple tags from an imprecise cutting method as well. If this is the quality you can expect from rag and bone- I'm writing this to warn you away.
