Runs extremely large

Got a Small. Sometimes I am an XS or S depending on the brand and fit. For reference I am 5’2 and 115 lbs, 34C, 25” waist. I wore a sweater inside and I was completely swimming in the coat. Have this in black in a M (I’m 5”5 size 10 28” waist 34DD) it fits extremely over sized but I like that and I just roll the sleeves up.
