What is my order status?
Any order placed on rag-bone.com Monday through Friday before 3:00 pm ET will ship out the same business day. This is applicable to both ground and expedited orders.
Any order placed rag-bone.com after 3:00 p.m. ET, will be shipped on the following business day.
Any order placed on rag-bone.com/en-gb Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm GMT will ship out the same business day. This is applicable to both ground and expedited orders.
Any order placed on rag-bone.com/en-gb after 12:00 p.m. GMT, will be shipped on the following business day.
*PO Box and APO addresses will ship via USPS within 7 business days.
