Ground orders

Ground orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 pm ET will ship out the same business day.

Ground orders placed after 5:00 p.m. ET, will be shipped on the following business day.

*Note, during COVID-19 some orders placed before 5:00 pm ET will ship next day.


Expedited orders (Two day or One day)

Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 8 pm ET will ship out the same business day.

Expedited orders placed after 8 pm ET will ship out the following business day.


All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

Free Ground Shipping - We offer free on all orders in the U.S. orders.

Orders for the contiguous 48 states in the U.S. will arrive within 3 business days of shipment.

Orders for Alaska and Hawaii will arrive within 2 business days of shipment.


$15 Two Day Shipping - We offer $15 two day shipping on all orders in the U.S. orders.

Orders will arrive within 2 business days of shipment.


$25 One Day Shipping - We offer $25 one day shipping on all orders in the U.S. orders.

Orders will arrive within 1 business day of shipment.


PO Box/APO Addresses and Puerto Rico - We offer free USPS delivery.

Orders will arrive within 7 business days of shipment.

Puerto Rico and APO/FPO Addresses:

We proudly deliver to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We offer free standard shipping via USPS. Receive in 7 business days.




All orders over $1500, will require a signature upon delivery. If your order is under $1500, you have the option to select ‘signature required’ at checkout. 




You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.




At this time, we only ship to the address that is specified on your order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each address.




We highly discourage using freight forwarders as packages may be lost or damaged once they arrive. Using our international check out ensures that we’re able to track your order until it arrives to you. You may select the country you wish to ship to by click on the flag icon on the upper right hand corner. Once you have selected your country of choice, please click on “start shopping.”






Due to higher than normal volume and the impact of COVID-19, we're experiencing processing delays for online orders and anticipate returns and/or refunds will take longer than our usual 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your return and refund to process.

Hassle Free Online Returns:

All items that are eligible for return will come with a free pre-paid UPS Ground return label. Please fill out the return section of the packing slip and place inside the box with your return. Please follow the below steps:


1. Fill out the return reason section on the original packing slip


2. Place all items in their original packaging and the packing slip into a secure box or envelope mailer


3. Peel off the pre-paid UPS return label and affix it to the outside of your shipping box


4. Drop the package off at a UPS location



What is your return policy?


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a return for an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original condition and with tags attached. Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging with the cellophane intact. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.


rag & bone gift cards are non-refundable.


Currently returns can only be processed to the original place of purchase. For this reason, online orders must be sent back to our warehouse, and orders purchased in store must be returned in stores.


Note, garments purchased in department stores must be returned to the place of purchase as they have access to your bank information for crediting.


International orders placed on cannot be returned in-store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact or call +1-844-724-2663 within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return.



Can I return in store?

At this time, online orders cannot be returned in store and must be shipped back to our fulfilment center for a refund.



Can I return my in-store purchase online?


We only accept returns for orders. At this time we cannot accept returns for items purchased in a rag & bone store or 3rd party retailer. To get in touch with one our stores, please click here.

At this time we aren't able to offer automatic exchanges, so instead, we provide a combination of free returns, U.S. free shipping, and repurchase. Our team is happy to assist you with placing a new order for the correct size. Please e-mail or call us at +1-844-724-2663 so that we can help.



What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact , with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.
