Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders.

 

U.S. orders (excluding HI/AK) are shipped via UPS to ensure delivery within 3 business days (starting with the first business day after the order was placed).

 

Orders to HI/AK are shipped via complimentary UPS 2-day. Orders to PR will be delivered via USPS priority.

Will my order require a signature on delivery?

All orders over $1500, will require a signature upon delivery. If your order is under $1500, you have the option to select ‘signature required’ at checkout.

 

 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

 

 

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We are proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

 

Please note, these orders will ship via USPS Priority and may result in slightly longer transit times. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Currently, we only ship to the address that is specified on your order.

 

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a return for an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original condition and with tags attached. Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging with the cellophane intact. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

 

rag & bone gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Please note, we only process returns that were purchased via the online store. Garments purchased at any rag & bone boutique must be returned to a rag & bone boutique. Garments purchased from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

 

International orders placed on rag-bone.com cannot be returned in-store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact int-help@rag-bone.com or call +1-844-724-2663 within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return.

 

 

Where should I ship my return to?

All items that are eligible for return will come with a pre-paid UPS Ground return label. Please fill out the return section of the packing slip and place inside the box with your return. Then just peel off the label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a UPS location. Please make sure to include the packing slip with the return section completed in the box.

 

 

How should I ship my return?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please:

  1. Fill out the return reason section on the original packing slip

  2. Place all items in their original packaging and the packing slip into a secure box or envelope mailer

  3. Peel off the pre-paid UPS return label and affix it to the outside of your shipping box

  4. Drop the package off at a UPS location

 

 

When will my credit card be refunded?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.

 

Once your return is processed, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

 

 

Can I return my order in store?

At this time, online orders cannot be returned in store and must shipped back to our fulfillment center for a refund.

 

 

Do you have a price match policy?

If an item changes price within 7 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you.
