When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

Please note that we do authorize your credit card for the full amount of your order upon checkout. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.

Should your order be cancelled for any reason, the pre-authorization will automatically fall off your selected payment method. This timeframe can vary depending on your financial institution.

How is tax calculated on purchases?

We collect sales tax on all purchases in accordance with the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) guidelines. The tax amount will be calculated automatically during checkout based on your location and the applicable rates.

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards online for purchase or as a form of payment.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Transit back to the warehouse may take 3-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.

Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
