Shipment Methods

Any order placed Monday through Friday before 12:00pm GMT will ship the same business day.

Any order placed after 12:00pm GMT will ship the following business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Orders will typically arrive in 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped. Some orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on location, weather, and other factors.

How do I change or cancel an order?

As our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been placed. For customers located in the United Kingdom, please see our Return Policy to review your legal right of withdrawal or cancellation available in certain circumstances.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
If your order is shipped in two packages, you will receive two shipping notifications.

Do you have a price match policy?

If an item changes price within 30 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you.

Please note, final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
